Velea ដំណើរការភ្លាមៗដោយមិនចាំបាច់មានគណនី។ ប្រតិទិន ថ្ងៃបុណ្យ និងកម្មវិធីផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដំណើរការពេញលេញ offline។

Velea works immediately with no account. The calendar, holidays, the almanac and your own events all work fully offline. An account is only needed for cloud sync, family sharing and cloud backup.

បើការរំលឹកមិនបង្ហាញ សូមពិនិត្យការអនុញ្ញាតក្នុង Settings។ បើកាលបរិច្ឆេទខ្មែរមើលទៅមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ សូមរាយការណ៍មកយើងជាមួយកាលបរិច្ឆេទនោះ។

If reminders do not appear, check notification permission in iOS Settings, then reopen Reminders in Velea. If a Khmer date looks wrong, report it with the date — the calendar is computed on device from a signed data pack covering 1900–2100, and we would want to know.

រាយការណ៍បញ្ហា · Report a problem

ក្នុងកម្មវិធី សូមចូល ការកំណត់ → ជំនួយ → រាយការណ៍បញ្ហា។ អ្នកឃើញអ្វីដែលផ្ញើមុនពេលផ្ញើ។

In the app: Settings → Help and report → Report a problem. You see exactly what is sent before it is sent, and diagnostics are only attached if you approve them.

សូមប្រើទម្រង់រាយការណ៍ក្នុងកម្មវិធី៖ ការកំណត់ → ជំនួយ → រាយការណ៍បញ្ហា។ អ្នកនឹងទទួលបានលេខបង្កាន់ដៃដើម្បីតាមដាន។ សរសេរជាភាសាខ្មែរ ឬអង់គ្លេសបានទាំងអស់។

Use the report form in the app: Settings → Help and report → Report a problem. You get a receipt number to follow it up with, and you can write in Khmer or English. Reports reach us directly, so there is no separate address to remember.
